- Liaise with and form Australian Advisory Board for launch of dermal fillers to market
- International speaker tours to train ANZ doctors and Nurses in advanced techniques – supervising trip and advising speakers on content
- Formation of training manuals for anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers – updated yearly
- Designing training process for Doctor trainers and BDM support through ANZ – later adopted by Asia Pacific Allergan
- Clinical coaching of doctors and nurses after their initial trainingon anti-wrinkle injections and dermal fillers
